This guidance is concerned with buying goods, services or works where user health and wellbeing are considered to be relevant and proportionate. While there may be opportunities arising from buying goods, these are most likely to arise in buying services and works.

Will using supplied products or providing a service procured potentially have a negative impact on health and well-being of users or those receiving the service and/or are there opportunities to enhance the health and well-being of users of products or those affected by providing a related service?
For example, through enhanced physical activity or in the design and use of products or service delivery.
