Case Study - Heat in Buildings Scotland National Scheme

The primary aims and objectives of the Scottish Government’s Heat in Buildings National scheme are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from Scottish homes and buildings which contain domestic properties, and support those in or at risk of fuel poverty. This was one of the first invitation to tenders to use the new Single Procurement Document question 4C.7, requiring tenderers to include a climate change plan as part of the selection process.
